Having lived in 3 countries and 9 states, I would have to say that I couldn't have picked a better place to call home and continue my career in real estate .  Atlanta is a melting pot, which brings together all the memories of my childhood.  I can say that I am a family gal, with a new-born son and a tight knit family.  I can fully engage with the suburbian lifestyle clients, but can also mesh well with the downtown crowd looking for maintenance-free living
in the convenience of the city...as I have been there too!

Back in August of 2006, I partnered with Holly Friend to create our team, KD & Friend.  Together we have excelled in creating a comfortable and professional environment for all of our clients.  We have received recognition for the last 4 out of 5 months for Top Sales and/or Top Producers within ERA Sunrise Realty.  We strive to make our name recognizeable to every household.

We specialize in New Construction as team leaders for Beazer Homes.  Our goal is to prevent our sellers from experiencing contingencies whether it be on the selling side and/or buying side.  KD & Friend also specializes in HUD homes as well as foreclosures.  If you are out to make a pretty penny on a piece of land or home, we can be your one-stop shop!  With KD & Friend being managed by two agents, you will have the knowledge and expertise of 6 years in the real estate business, active realtors whom are part of the Northeast Atlanta Metro Board of Realtors, with specializations with Nehemiah training, HUD and foreclosure training, New Construction and re-sales experience...and all for the price of one!!
